About the course
This hands-on course empowers teachers to tackle real classroom management challenges through collaboration and reflection. Participants share scenarios, analyze video cases, apply weekly strategies, and engage in peer dialogue, co-creating a dynamic resource bank of effective practices tailored to diverse learning environments.
How it works
You will join a group of 2 to 5 colleagues, and as a group, you will meet 4 times, either in person or online, at a time you all agree on.

Organize your study group with colleagues during the match period.
Agree on a schedule
Decide the most convenient time for your sessions, online or in person.
Join and collaborate
When the session arrives, connect with your colleagues and complete the activities together.

Requirements
- Current teaching position or educational role
- Basic computer literacy and reliable internet access
- Willingness to engage in interactive group learning
- Openness to implementing new strategies in classroom practice
Course syllabus
Session 1: Identifying Core Challenges in Classroom Management
- • Reflect on and articulate personal classroom management challenges
- • Recognize common patterns and root causes of disruptive behaviors
- • Set a focus area for testing a new classroom management strategy
Session 2: Analyzing Practice and Strategy Selection
- • Observe and analyze classroom videos or scenarios using a structured lens
- • Provide and receive constructive feedback on observed strategies
- • Select and plan the implementation of a new management technique
Session 3: Strategy Implementation and Peer Coaching
- • Share results and reflections from applying a new strategy in your own classroom
- • Participate in peer coaching to refine approaches and address persistent issues
- • Contribute insights to a collective resource bank of tested strategies
Session 4: Building a Sustainable Management Toolkit
- • Review and synthesize strategies that have proven effective during the course
- • Develop a personal classroom management action plan
- • Finalize and organize the group’s shared resource bank for future use
