How do we roll out a Circles program at our institution?
We talk through your team's learning goals and choose courses from the catalog or design a custom one. Then we schedule the program: teachers create a circle of 2 to 5 colleagues or ask to join one, and meet live, online or in person, at a time they choose, without disrupting classes. We handle enrollment and reporting for your institution.
What tracking and reports does the institution get?
Your leadership team gets weekly participation and progress reports, by teacher and by circle, plus access to Compass, the self-service institutional tracking dashboard. We follow up actively so your team can step in early if someone falls behind.
How do pricing and quotes work?
Pricing is per enrollment, meaning one person in one course. It drops with your total enrollments in the year, however you split them across courses. Private dates, in-person sessions and custom courses are quoted separately. Get an estimate on Course pricing and TeachView pricing, or ask for a formal quote. For large networks or multi-year commitments we put together a custom plan.
Can we get a custom-designed course?
Yes. We can work with your experts to adapt existing training materials, or our instructional design team can build custom content for your institution's needs. You can add it to catalog courses or to a learning path, and it is quoted separately.
Can Circles and TeachView be used together?
Yes. TeachView is our AI-supported classroom observation and feedback tool. It complements Circles when an institution wants to close the learn-practice-observe loop. You can buy them together or separately.
Can we pay with SEP funds?
Yes. Circles is contracted as a license to use a digital platform aimed at improving teaching practices, a category eligible for SEP funding under Ruling No. 47 (2018) of Chile's Superintendencia de Educación. With your quote we include the regulatory grounds and a suggested PME line item.
How do I know Circles works?
More than 10,000 teachers from more than 500 schools have learned with Circles. We can set up a pilot program so your institution can experience the approach with a group from your team.
