Frequently asked questions

  • Can I pay with SEP funds?

    Yes. In Chile, Circles is contracted as a license to a digital platform for improving teaching practice, which SEP funds can pay for under Dictamen N° 47 (2018) of the Superintendencia de Educación. If you need it, we send the legal basis and a suggested PME entry with the quote.

  • What happens if a person does not finish the course?

    We follow up actively over WhatsApp and with weekly reports, so school leaders can step in on time.

  • What is an enrollment?

    One person in one course. If 100 teachers take 2 courses, that is 200 enrollments. The price per enrollment drops with the total enrollments in the year, however you split them across courses.

  • How are enrollments invoiced?

    One payment when you sign.

  • When do courses start?

    On the dates your institution chooses. We agree on them with you, around your team's availability.

  • What if the school grows during the year?

    You can add enrollments at any time. Every enrollment in the year counts toward the same scale.

  • Is there a minimum number of people per course?

    From 40 people in a course, opening it on your dates is included in the price per enrollment. Below 40, an opening fee covers the tutoring sessions and the course management.

  • Can I request a course with my institution's own experts?

    Yes. We design the course with your experts, or ours, and run it in circles. It is quoted separately.
