TeachView adapts to each institution’s needs

The annual price consists of an institutional component, calculated from the total number of people with access, and a usage component, calculated from the number of teachers whose classes are recorded.

Institutional component: platform and operation

This component is calculated from the total number of people with access, including those whose classes are recorded and those responsible for mentoring, coordination or leadership.

Component 2 · usage

Usage component: teachers whose classes are recorded

This component applies to each teacher whose class appears in at least one valid recording during the period, regardless of who operates the equipment or uploads the file. It does not apply to people with access whose classes are not recorded.

  • The price includes a pool of 3 recordings per teacher for the whole team: recordings not used by one teacher remain available to the others. AI analysis of every recording is included.

Criteria for applying the price

Which teachers are included in the usage component?
Each teacher whose class appears in at least one valid recording during the billing period is included, regardless of who operates the equipment or uploads the file. Tests, duplicates and recordings with errors are excluded. The count resets for each period.
How is the price calculated when access is opened to a large group and the number of teachers whose classes will be recorded is not known?
This estimator is not used in that case. A specific annual quote is prepared for the deployment.
How is a one-semester pilot priced?
Pilots are quoted according to their duration, the number of participants, expected platform use and the scope of implementation support required.
