This educational leadership course offers school leadership teams practical tools to address the challenges of contemporary education. The program combines reflection and action to develop adaptive leadership competencies in changing educational environments. Through four collaborative sessions, participants will explore methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement, understand the current educational context, implement shared leadership models, and design concrete and measurable action plans to transform their educational institutions.

Distinguished Chilean educator, recognized for her leadership as director of Santiago College (2003-2024). Graduate of the University of Chile with a master's degree in educational administration and management from Universidad Mayor. The first woman and Latin American to chair the Board of Trustees of the Council of International Schools (CIS). Her legacy focuses on promoting excellent bilingual and multicultural education.
