About the course

Based on Justin Reich's book Iterate, this course is designed for leadership teams seeking to drive innovation in their educational institutions. Over four sessions, we will explore practical tools based on Justin Reich's book 'Iterate' to guide and facilitate teaching innovation processes. Participants will learn to guide teachers in applying experimentation cycles, using design thinking in educational contexts, and leading collaborative innovation processes. Upon completion, they will have concrete strategies and a toolkit to promote significant changes in their educational communities.

How it works

You will join a group of 2 to 5 colleagues, and as a group, you will meet 4 times, either in person or online, at a time you all agree on.

Sergio Reyes

Postdoctoral researcher at the University of Lleida and professor at Tec de Monterrey, specialized in educational innovation and technology. With 16 years of teaching experience, he has led important initiatives such as the Mexican Network of Writing Centers and conducts research on learning mediated by digital technology.
